臭氧降解蔬菜中乐果残留及对其品质的影响 被引量:11

Study on Degradation of Dimethoate Residue in Vegetable by Ozone and Its Effect on Quality

摘要 利用气相色谱仪对小白菜、青椒中的乐果残留进行了检测,研究了臭氧对这2种蔬菜中乐果残留的去除效果,并探讨了其对蔬菜品质的影响。结果表明:15mg/L的臭氧水处理对2种蔬菜中残留乐果去除效果明显,对VC含量和叶绿素荧光Fv/Fm值没有显著影响。 The residues of dimethoate in Chinese cabbage and green pepper were detected by the gas chromatography. Removal ratios of dimethoate residue in the two vegetables by ozone solutions were studied and effects of ozone treatment on quality of the two vegetables were evaluated. The results indicated 15 mg/L of ozone solution significantly removed dimethoate residue in both vegetables but had no significant effects on VC content and chlorophyll fluorescence ratio Fm/Fv of the two vegetables.
