摘要
研究了应用电喷雾质谱鉴定苦瓜中的3种四环三萜类的皂甙。通过分析分子离子峰,推断对应的断裂方式,从而确定皂甙化合物上可能带有的取代基。结果表明:在这类三萜类皂甙裂解过程中,母核基本不断裂,而糖基部分逐个断裂。通过研究这些化合物的电喷雾质谱中各个碎片的分子质量并再对照有关文献,得出结论:皂甙Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ分别为已知苦瓜素A、L和K。
In this paper, how to identify the triterpenoidic saponins from momordica charantia L by using the ESIMS is studied. The basic structures were deduced through analyzing the ion peak, and the splitting modes were also analyzed. The results showed that in the splitting course, the aglycone of this kind of saponins almost did not break but the sugar moiety dropped from the whole molecular one by one. After studying the m/z of the main fragments, together with consulting the reference, the conclusion is drawn that the saponins was known momordicoside A, L, and K respectively.
