摘要
蚕桑自古以来就是重要的中药材,文章对蚕幼虫、蚕蛹、蚕蛾、蚕沙、桑叶、桑枝和桑椹的主要化学成分、药理作用及功能食品的研究开发等进行了综述。
Seficultural resources, including silkworm, silkworm pupa, silk moth, silkworm manure, mulberry leaf, mulberry branch and mulberry fufit, can be served as food and traditional Chinese medicine. This paper summarized the advances in the research and develepment of seficultural resources functional food.
