摘要
NiCl2逆行染色是观察昆虫神经元结构的一个重要方法。这一方法不足之处是使一些神经末梢的分支不清晰,但可以通过神经元染色后的银增感方法来弥补。作者借对双斑蟋蟀Gryllus bimaculatusde Geet产卵瓣内的感觉神经元染色后的银增感介绍了这一方法,包括材料的解剖、染色、固定、增感、脱水、透明等。
NiCl2 backfilling is a powerful method for studying the structure of insect neurons. An disadvantage of this method is that it is unable to resolve the branch of nerve ending, but silver intensification method after staining can improve its effect. Silver intensification after staining the sensory neurons from the valve of cricket Gryllus bimaculata de Geet is provided as an example of this technique. The procedure involves anatomizing, staining, fixing, intensification, dehydrating and clearing the tissue.
