摘要 研制成灵敏度很高的具有流通池的草酸氧化酶电极,比较了三种结构不同的氧电极,选择了其中具有φ6.5mm阴极的一种。由达到稳态的电流测定,氧电流的降低与草酸浓度在2×10^(-6)mol/L~4×10^(-4)mol∥L范围内成线性关系。 A highly sensitive enzyme electrode with a flow-cell for oxalate was constructed. It is based on the immobilization of the enzyme oxalate oxidase via glutaraldehyde crosslinking on the tip of oxygen electrode. Three kinds of oxygen electrode with different construction were compared and one of them with a (?)6.5mm cathode was selected. The current change of oxygen reduction was measured. A calibration curve -obtained at steady state for the assay of oxalic acid showed linearity of current changes vs. oxalate concentration between 2 ×10-5-4×10-4mol/L.
