基于证据理论的人力资源评价结果合成方法 被引量:5

摘要 人力资源评价是组织甄选人力资源的重要环节和主要工作,评价主体的多元化有利于提高人力资源评价结果的公正性。本文提出基于证据理论的评价结果合成方法,即将每个评价主体的结果视为一条证据,赋予评价主体相应权重,人力资源评价结果是以有权重证据合成为基础的模糊综合评判。本文还通过示例说明了评价结果合成方法的应用。
