Study of Product Development Based on Lean Thinking

本文首先介绍了精益思想的基本要素,例如准时化生产、“看板”、团队工作和拉动式生产等。并提出了精益思想在产品开发中的应用,同时利用这些理念来解决产品开发存在的问题,最后作者给出以精益思想为基础的产品开发案例。

This article first set focus on the basic components of Lean production, for instance JIT, ＂KanBan＂, and Team works as well as pull production mode. Then the author discusses how they apply in product development, and offers some new concepts, so as to solve the problem in product development management, finally, the author gives a casestudy on product development.
