摘要
基于0.02mol/L的H2SO4介质中,痕量钒(V)对次磷酸钠还原偶氮胂I(AsAI)的褪色反应有明显的阻抑作用,建立了测定痕量钒(V)的动力学光度法。方法检出限为0.052μg/L,线性范围为0~4.0μg/L。用于测定大米、茶叶、面粉样品中的痕量钒(V),结果满意。
A new kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace vanadium (V) has been developed. The method is based on the inhibitory effect on fading reaction of trace vanadium(V) on reducing of arsenanzo I (AsA I) with sodium hypophosphite in 0.02mol/L dilute sulphuric acid solution. The detection limit is 0.052μg/L and the linear range of determination is 0~4.0μg/L. The method has been applied to the determination of trace vanadium (V) in food samples with satisfactory results.
