摘要
在人类基因组计划的推动下,应运产生了由计算机技术、物理、化学、分子生物学等多学科相互渗透、融合而成的新兴交叉学科——计算生物学。介绍了计算生物学的产生背景、研究内容、研究方法、应用案例以及发展前景。
Impelled by the Human C, enome Project, Computational Biology emerged following the interdisciplinary development of computer technology, physics, chemistry, and molecular biology. The authors of this article systematically analyzed the application case of this rising discipline, tried to present the background, the content, as well as the research methodology of computational biology, and described the future of it.
