The paper introduces the present situation of the accreditation and the ranking of the management discipline at home and abroad; analyzes the strong points and shortages of the two kinds of evaluation, describes the focus of the debates on the management discipline rankings ; proposes that the two kinds of evaluation of the management discipline can be mutually complementary. The paper also discusses the development of the evaluation of management discipline in our country.
