Efficiency of Knowledge Transfer: The Influence of Knowledge Characteristics and Internal Knowledge Market

摘要知识转移的效率取决于知识特性和转移当事人感知到的交易的平衡。显性知识的转移采用结构化的、技术驱动的转移方式效率较高;隐性知识的转移需要转移方和接受方的反复互动才能完成。内部知识市场作为一种知识转移机制,在组织的适当调节下,对显性知识和隐性知识的转移均有显著的促进作用。 The efficiency of knowledge transfer depends on characteristics of transferred knowledge and equilibrium of trade perceived by people involved. There is high transfer efficiency for explicit knowledge by structured and technologydriven approach. While, transferring tacit knowledge successfully needs more interactions between suppliers and recipients. Internal knowledge market as a kind of transfer mechanism, under a proper organizational control, it plays a significant promoting role for both explicit and tacit knowledge.
