摘要
在研究生命周期理论的基础之上,通过企业生命与团队生命的对比分析,对团队生命周期模型进行了修正,描述了团队生命周期各阶段的主要特征,指出了目前团队生命周期研究的不足并提出了对未来研究的展望。
Based on researching the theory of lifecycle, this paper modifies the model of the team lifecycle theory via a comparative analysis between corporate lifecycle and team lifecycle, and then the main characteristics of each team-life stage are described. At last, this paper points out the drawbacks of the present study on team lifecycle, as well as a prospect towards the future study.
