摘要
加热炉的温度场均匀性直接关系到产品最终的组织性能,是非常重要的一环,微机控制系统的发展,比较容易地使温差控制在±5℃甚至更高的精度。但是,炉子运行一段时间后,炉温控制超差的现象普遍发生,温差可以超过规定值的几倍甚至十几倍。采用黑体技术来调控炉温均匀性,可以使炉温长期稳定在规定范围内。
The temperature field uniformity regulstion of heating furnaces constitutes a very important part in production proems, for there is direct relation between the temperature uniformity and the final products' structure property.Computer control system development makes it easier to control temperature difference within a range of + 5 ~ or even more precisly. But there are generally occurrences after running the furnaces for a certain time that temperature differences exceeds the designed control range. In some cases the difference can be several times or even more than ten times of the designed value.Application of the blackbody techndogy for furnace temperature uniformity control has achieved a long time stable performance of the within the design range furnace temperature regulation.
