米索前列醇配伍地西泮用于人工流产手术的临床观察

Clinical observation of the effect of misoprostol combined with diazepam on artificial abortion operation

目的探讨米索前列醇与地西泮联合应用于人工流产的临床疗效。方法选择要求人工流产的患者106例,随机分为两组,试验组术前2h口服米索前列醇600μg,手术开始时缓慢静脉推注地西泮10mg;对照组术前及术中不用任何药物。结果试验组与对照组相比,术前宫颈软化及扩张程度高;术中子宫收缩好、出血量少;术时疼痛轻,手术时间短,人工流产综合反应发生率低,二组比较差异有显著性。结论米索前列醇配伍地西泮用于人工流产术效果好,操作简单、方便,副作用小,有临床推广应用的价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of misoprostol combined with diazepam on artificial abortion operation.Methods 106 patients were divided into two groups,the 53 patients in experiment group took oral misoprostol 600 μg before artificial abortion, diazepam 10 mg was intravenously injected slowly before operation. The patients in control group didn＇ t take medicine. Results As compared with control group, there were the advantages in experiment group：the soften cervical degree was satisfied and its levels were higher, the uterine contraction was also better, the bleeding amount was less, the feeling of abdominal pain was slight. The persistent time was shorter and the incidence of the artificial abortion complication was lower. The difference between the two groups was quite significant. Condusion Misoprostol combined with diazepam has good effect on artificial abortion, with convenient operation, simple application and less side effect.
