摘要
通过线性有限差分方程,研究点支式中空玻璃外内片承载比例等承载性能。利用内边缘嵌固圆盘模型修正了支承点处的方程,并使用等效剪力实现了板边缘的位移协调条件。计算结果与试验测值较好的吻合。宽厚比、中空层厚度等因素对于荷载分配比例有较大影响。外、内片等厚时,外片仍有可能承担90%以上的荷载;当宽厚比大于150时,外片承载比例迅速趋近于50%。该文提供了荷载分配比例曲线,并对现行设计方法提出了合理建议。
The linear finite difference equations were solved to evaluate the carrying capacity of point-supported insulating glass units. A circular model with an inward fixed flange was used for the support points, with a general shear force introduced to realize the constraint conditions at the hinges. The calculated results agree well with experimental data. The load distribution ratio between the outer and inner pieces is strongly affected by the aspect ratio and the insulating layer thickness. The outer piece may carry more than 90% of the total load even when the outer and inner pieces have the same thicknesses. The carrying ratio of the outer piece approaches 50% when the aspect ratio exceeds 150. Load distribution curves are provided with some advise for the current code.
