消费者转换成本的经济学文献述评

摘要 最近几十年,有关消费者转换成本的理论研究大量出现于营销学、管理学以及经济学文献中。研究表明消费者转换成本影响顾客的重复购买行为,影响企业的发展战略,影响相关产业和市场的竞争结构。消费者转换成本还与厂商的高利润、消费者对价格反应的不敏感、厂商的产品扩展、市场进入壁垒以及厂商可持续战略优势紧密联系。本文主要对经济学文献中有关消费者转换成本对市场竞争和消费者福利影响的相关理论做一系统回顾。
