北京发展国际金融中心战略分析

An Analysis on the Strategy of Developing International Financial Centre of Beij ing

本文认为,发展国际金融中心是北京经济发展的需要,是北京国际贸易和经济技术合作发展的需要,是北京金融产业发展的需要,也是北京长远发展战略的需要;发展国际金融中心,北京有得天独厚的金融地缘优势,有优良的经济发展环境,有完善的金融业态和金融监管体系,有巨大的投资空间,有大量的金融研发机构和丰厚的人才储备,同时有着丰富的国际交往经验。文章提出,北京发展国际金融中心,应立足于我国现实情况,有特色,有创新;注重整合周边省市资源,领衔区域经济发展;加强金融领域软硬件方面的建设,加大在金融方面的开放程度。

The author points out that developing the international financial center is the requirement of Beijing＇ sdevelopment, is the requirement of Beijing＇s international trade and economic technology collaboration, is the requirement of the development of Beijing＇ s finance industry, and is also the requirement of Beijing,s long term development strategy. Beijing has some advantages in developing the international financial center in terms of geography, the sound economic development environment, the perfect financial supervising system, large quality of financial R＆D institute and the rich experiences of international communication. The author also gives some suggestions on developing the international financial center in Beijing.
