摘要
为了满足工业生产中在线检测实时性和精度的要求,提出了基于图像的周长精密测量方法。在分析了软棒材的截面图像,利用图像检测技术定位图像边缘的基础上,进行了定位精度分析和多边形近似计算得到截面周长。试验证明,该算法测量精度可达到±0.01mm。
In order to meet the real - time performance and precision requirement in the industry, this paper proposes an approach of precision circumference measurement based of image. On the basis of analyzing a cross - section image of soft bar and using the method image processing to fix its edge position, this paper analyzes the error precision of approach and obtains the circumference of the cross - section in approximate calculation of the polygon circumference. Experiment shows that the error precision of the method can reach ±0.01mm .
