我对中国林业建设的几点看法

Some Views of Mine on China Forestry Development

国家林业局的机关刊物，应当是围绕国家林业有序发展而向全国人民提供的高级论坛平台。《林业经济》作为林业软科学领域最高学术团体——中国林业经济学会的会刊。应旗帜鲜明地鼓励百家争鸣，应该刊登来自林业建设的不同声音。生态建设是形体。产业发展是灵魂。“三大效益一体化经营，多功能主导利用，多效益综合经营”是中国林业产业建设的基本规律，生硬剥离分类毫无道理。在干旱半干旱沙地上发展沙地桑产业利用沙地沙化地，将取得事半功倍的效果。

The paper holds that the official organ of State Forestry Administration should be a high-level tribune for the national people and ordered development of forestry. Journal of Forestry Economics, being proceedings of Chinese Society of Forestry Economics, can have different voices to China forestry development. Ecological restoration is the body, while industrial development is the spirit. The law of China forestry development is as follows---three benefits all-in-one to manage, multi-functional leading utilization and multi-benefit comprehensive management. Toped them off bluntly is without reason. And it indicates that to develop Morus alba L. industry in drought and semi-drought sand can get twice the result with haft the effort.
