摘要
我国煤层气勘探开发由于普遍采用直井钻井技术,煤层井眼裸露面积小,导致单井产量低,至今未形成工业规模。鱼骨型分支水平井能够充分增大煤层井眼裸露面积,大大提高单井产量,但在井眼稳定和井眼轨迹控制方面存在一系列技术难题,作者通过近年的研究,对煤层气鱼骨型分支水平井钻井井眼稳定和井眼轨迹控制技术难点进行了研究分析,并借鉴国内外石油工业钻井中成熟的技术,结合国内钻井技术水平,提出了井眼稳定和井眼轨迹控制技术方案,同时对煤层气鱼骨型分支水平井技术下步攻关方向进行了阐述。
Vertical well drilling technique is commonly used in coal bed methane exploration and development in China, well production rate is low due to the small welbore area exposed in coal bed, up to the present, the industrial scale of coal bed methane has not been achieved. The fish bone lateral horizontal well can enlarge the welbore area exposed in coal seam sufficiently and increase the well production rate enormously, but there are a series of technique difficulty in well-bore stability and trajectory controlling. In resent years, the research and analysis have been done on the technique difficulty in the drilling of fish bone lateral horizontal well for coal bed methane. By using the successful domestic and overseas drilling technique, combining with the domestic drilling technique level, a technique projects of wellbore stability and trajectory controlling is made, at the same time, the researching direction on fish bone lateral horizontal well was expatiated.
