摘要
自制硫酸盐法阔叶木浆废液,加入丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸甲酯等有机高分子与废液中的碱木素进行反应制得改性碱木素,然后将其干燥与FeSO4·2H2O复配制得一种复合降粘剂,该降粘剂因不含铬,从而排除了铬对环境的污染。对其进行了钻井用钻井液降粘性能测试。结果表明,该降粘剂抗温能力较好,并具有较强的抗钙污染能力。当温度升至150℃时,加量为0.8%时的降粘效果较好;温度超过150℃后,其降粘效果已经明显降低。在同等条件下,自制降粘剂的降粘效果非常接近FCLS的效果。
Modified alkali lignin was synthesized though alkaline pulp black liquor prepared in lab. with acrylic acid, acrylamide, methyl methacrylate, a dried modified alkali lignin powder was obtained by drying. Then a composite viscosity reducer was prepared by FeSO4 ?2H2O mixed into the powder. The viscosity reducer doesn' t pollute environment because of chromium - free in it. The test of viscosity reducing effect was carried out by polymer drilling mud in lab. The experimental results showed that the viscosity reducer synthesized has very good heat- resistance and calcium- tolerance. When the temperature increases by 150℃, the better viscosity reducing effect can be obtained in 0.8% dosage. But the viscosity reducing effect has remarkable reduce when the temperature exceeds 150 ℃. In the same condition, the viscosity reducing effect of the composite viscosity reducing agent is almost same that of PCLS.
