摘要
用热分析的方法研究了3个国产优质代森锰锌的热分解反应,测定了该反应的活化能,提供了该反应的动力学基础数据。在所采用的测定和数据处理方法的条件下确定:用热重法(TG)测定代森锰锌的热分解反应活化能(Ea)的精确度比差示扫描量热法(DSC)高;用TG法测定产品Ⅱ的Ea(166±8kJ/mol)高于产品Ⅰ(146±8kJ/mol)和产品Ⅲ(148±5kJ/mol);这种测定热分解反应活化能的方法可望普遍用于研究提高代森锰锌热稳定性的生产工艺、添加剂筛选。
Thermal analysis was used to study the thermal decomposition reaction of three high quality mancozeb products produced in China. The activation energy of the reaction was determined to provide basic kinetic data on the reaction. Given the determination and data treatment methods used, the precision in determining activation energy (El) by the TG method was higher than that for the DSC method. When using the TG method, Ea of product Ⅱ (166 ±8 kJ/mol) was higher than for product Ⅰ (146±8 kJ/mol) and Ⅲ (148±5 kJ/mol). This method for determining decomposition activation energy should be widely useful in research on production methodology and additive screening aimed at improved mancozeb thermal stability.
