鼻内镜径路对颅底病变的手术治疗
摘要
随着鼻内镜手术技术的日益成熟,除用于治疗颅底鞍区的垂体瘤病变外,已逐渐向鞍上、海绵窦、斜坡等颅底其它区域广泛延伸。本文就该技术的相关解剖,手术径路及治疗方法等进展情况加以综述。
