摘要
采用自制的负载钛催化剂[TiCl4/MgCl2-Al(i-Bu)3]体系,合成了1-丁烯-1-己烯共聚物(PBH)热塑性弹性体,并用己烯摩尔含量为2%、7%、20%的PBH对聚丙烯(PP)进行共混改性,研究了PP共混物的力学性能和热性能。结果表明:随着PBH含量的增加,共混物的冲击强度、断裂伸长率和密度、熔体流动性都有增大的趋势,而拉伸强度、弯曲强度、硬度和耐热温度均有一定的下降;己烯摩尔含量大的PBH增韧改性PP的效果更好。
Monomers 1-butylene and 1-hexene was copolymerized using a catalyst TiCl4-Al(i-Bu)3 leading to thermoplastic copolymers with molar contents of hexene being 2 %, 7 %, and 20 % respectively, which were employed as modifiers for PP. It was showed that with the inclusion of the copolyrners, the impact strength, elongation at break, density, and melt flow index increased, while the tensile strength, flexural strength, hardness, and thermal resistance decreased to some extent. The higher the hexene content in PBH, the better the toughening was achieved.
