摘要
分别以玻纤毡、玻纤毡/纳米碳酸钙及长玻纤作为增强物制得了三种聚丙烯复合材料,并通过流动模塑试制了汽车发动机防护罩。结果表明:三种热塑性复合材料片材与制品具有优异的力学性能,拉伸强度、弯曲强度、模量和冲击强度分别大于60 MPa、100 MPa、3 500 MPa和50 kJ/m2,热变形温度158℃左右。制品面内玻纤分布均匀,热稳定性好。由热塑性复合材料制得的制品较热固性片状模塑料制备的制品质量减少35%以上。热塑性复合材料中以长玻纤增强聚丙烯的流动性最好、得到的制品质量最轻。
Polypropylene composites were manufactured by adding the reinforcements of glass mat, glass mat/nanometer-sized CaCO3, and long glass fiber to polypropylene respectively, and a type of engine shield was compression molded with above materials. The results show that the thermoplastic sheets and the flow molded parts have superior mechanical properties, that is, tensile strength, flexural strength, modulus and impact strength are greater than 60 MPa, 100 MPa, 3 500 MPa and 50 kJ/m^2 respectively. Their hot deflection temperature is about 158 ℃ and the in-plane distribution of glass fiber is uniform. The weight of thermoplastic engine shield is decreased by 35 % compared to that of SMC shield.
