摘要
应用正交实验方法研究了引发剂、促进剂及二氧化硅(SiO2)粉末的加入量对旋转模塑成型制品壁厚和壁厚均匀程度的影响,测定了不同配比黏度变化曲线,找出了树脂体系黏度变化对成型制品质量的影响规律。试验表明, 树脂体系的初始黏度对制品最终壁厚影响较大,体系的凝胶速率对制品壁厚均匀性影响较大。在本试验条件下,不饱和聚酯/环烷酸钴/过氧化甲乙酮/SiO2配比为:50 g/0.4 g/0.5 g/0.5 g时制品壁厚均匀程度最高。
The initial viscosity and gel rate of a resin system were investigated through orthogonal experiments and the effects of the initiator, promoter, and SiO2 powder were analysized. It was suggested that in the rotational molding, the initial viscosity controlled the wall thickness of the product and the gel rate controlled the uniformity of the wall thickness. When the mass ratio of 191 resin/naphthenate/ methyl ethyl ketone peroxide/SiO2 was 50/0.4/0.5/0.5, excellent uniformity of wall thickness was achieved.
