摘要
采用基于实例推理的思想,研究并实现了注射工艺参数的智能化设置方法。详细阐述了注塑实例的表示与组织形式、实例匹配操作中相似度的计算方法和相似实例的修正策略等实现方法,开发了相应的软件系统,可用于塑料注射生产中。
A case-based reasoning （CBR） approach was used to the intelligent parameter setting for injection molding. The contents and structure of an injection mold, the computation of the similar degree in the matched operation, the strategy to modify the similar case, etc. were discussed in detail. A CBR system was developed which can be used in injection molding production.
