摘要
目的为了解 K-4500型血液分析仪的主要性能,对该仪器作了评价。方法使用静脉抗凝新鲜全血及质控品,对8项主要参数及白细胞三分类,以双盲法作了评价。结果全血样品的红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞比容(HCT)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)的平均批内精密度(CV)、总变异系数(TCV)均<1%,白细胞(WBC)平均 CV 为1.93%,TCV 为1.92%,血小板(PLT)平均 CV 为2.16%,CV 为2.93%,质控品性质稳定,上述8项参数10天间重复测定 TCV<1%,月桂酰硫酸钠血红蛋白法(SLS-Hb)与氰化高铁血红蛋白法(HiCN)比较,结果一致;仪器白细胞三分类与显微镜检查结果比较,二者结果近似。结论鉴于仪器主要指标评价结果符合设计性能,K-4500是一台具有优良性能的自动血液分析仪。
Objective To evaluate the main performance characteristics of Sysmex K-4500^(TM)auto- mated hematology analyzer.Methods The instrument was evaluated with the fresh anticoagulated blood samples and control materials by double blind method.Results All the mean CVs within run and TCV(Total Coefficient of Variation)for red blood cell(RBC),hemoglobin(HGB),Hematocrit (HCT),mean corpuscular volumn(MCV),mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH),means corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC)were<1%.The mean CV and TCV for white blood cell(WBC) were 1.93% and 1.92% respectively,for Platelet(PLT)were 2.16% and 2.93% respectively.The run to run CVs for the 8 items were all within 1% for 10 days.The comparison of HGB between sodium lauryl sulfate hemoglobin method(SLS-Hb)and HiCN was coincident.The WBC differential results of 52 patient samples were compared with manal 200 cell difential counts.Conclusions Sysmex K-4500^(TM) is a good automated hematology analyzer and performed well with its design characteristics.
