乙型肝炎病毒DNA载量与HBeAg、Pre-S1Ag表达关系的探讨

Study of the relationship between HBV-DNA load and expression of HBeAg and Pre-S1Ag

目的:探讨HBV-DNA不同载量下HBeAg、Pre-S1Ag表达关系,正确评价其临床意义。方法:采用ELISA法对188例不同HBV-DNA含量(荧光定量PCR检测)的标本进行HBeAg、Pre-S1Ag检测,并作比较分析。结果:HBV-DNA>103copies/ml标本中,Pre-S1Ag阳性率明显高于HBeAg阳性率,中低拷贝数(106￣103copies/ml)尤甚。Pre-S1Ag与HBeAg的阳性符合率为80%,Pre-S1Ag(+)漏检率是HBeAg(+)漏检率的47.8%。结论:Pre-S1Ag与HBeAg相伴存在,是较HBeAg更准确地反映乙肝病毒复制的血清学指标。

Objective：To study the expressions of HBeAg and Pre-SIAg under different HBV-DNA loads,so as to evaluate accurately the clinical significance. Methods：The expressions of serum HBeAg and Pre-S1Ag in 188 cases of different HBV-DNA samples （HBV-DNA by FQ-PCR） were detected,and the comparative analysis was performed.Results：In samples of HBV-DNA〉10^3 copies/ml,the positive rate of Pre-S1Ag was higher than that of HBeAg,especially in 10^6-10^3 coples/ml.The positive coincidence rate of Pre-SlAg and HBeAg is 80%. The lost rate of positive Pre-S1Ag was 47.8% compared with that of positive HBeAg. Concluslon：Pre-S1Ag and HBeAg are concomitant existence. Pre-S1Ag can accurately image hepatitis B virus replication qua guide line in sera.
