No. 1 slab caster of the No. 3 Steel - making Plant,Jinan Iron and Steel Group has got more than 1200 times cast starting since it was commenced to operate. With execution of some measures, the successful ratio of cast starting has come to 100% and this has brought enormous economic benefit.
