简要介绍唐钢FTSC工艺薄板坯连铸结晶器热像图的组成及工作原理,提出如何从热像图中判断浇注过程异常工艺参数和工艺状况,为操作者适时调整操作提供了相关指导。
This paper briefly introduces the composition and working principle of the thin slab caster of FTSC at Tangshan Iron and Steel Company, also describes how to distinguish abnormal casting peramerters and casting situation from thermal map during casting and gives the relevant guidelines on adjusting operation for operator in time.
