摘要
结晶器液压振动故障停振严重影响生产,为消除这个故障进行了一系列实验,根据实验结果,加装一套自动启振装置,实现了故障停振以后自动启动。论述了结晶器振动原理以及进行的一系列实验。
Abnormal stop of hydraulic mould oscillator has a bad effect on operation. To eliminate the failure, a series of experiments have been made. Based on the result, anautematie oscillationstarting device has been installed to actuate the oscillator when abnormally stopping the oscillating. This paper mainly describes the concept of mould oscilleator and the experiments completed.
