摘要
研究了2-〔2-(6-溴-苯并噻唑偶氮)〕-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸(Br-BTAMB)和2-(2-苯并噻唑偶氮)-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸(BTAMB)作为显色剂与镍的反应。在Triton X-100存在时,Br-BTAMB与镍反应生成1:3的蓝色络合物。在654nm时其表观摩尔吸光系数高达1.6×10~5。镍含量在从0到10μg/25ml范围中符合比尔定律。对反应动力学进行了研究。
2-[2-(6-Bromo-benzothiazolylazo)]-5-dimethylaminobenzoic acid (Br-BTAMB) and 2-(2-benzothiazolylazo)-5-dimethyIaminobenzoic acid (BTMAB) were synthesised and evaluated as chromogenic reagents for the determination of tra.ce amounts of nickle, Br-BTAMB reacts with nickle in the presence of Triton X-100 to form a 1:3 (Ni:L) stable blue complex. The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex is 1.6×1015 at 654nm. It follows Beer's law in the range from 0 to 10μg/25ml of nickle. The kinetics of reaction was studied.
