摘要
从荜拔（ＰｉｐｅｒｌｏｎｇｕｍＬ．）地上部分乙醇提取物中分得５个化合物，经波谱分析确定其结构分别为加：（α，β，α，β）－１，３－双（３，４－二甲氧基苯基）－２，４－双［１－（２－羰基－５，６－二氢吡啶－甲酰基］－环丁烷（１），（Ｚ）－１２－十八碳烯酸－α－甘油单酯（２），胡椒碱（３），β－谷甾醇（４），胡萝卜甙（５）。其中（１）是新化合物，（２）为首次从该植物获得。
A new amide,the dimer of d esmethoxypiplartine(1 ),together with four known comp ounds, (Z)- 12- octadecenic -α- glycerol monoester(2), piperine (3),β- sitosterol(4),daucosterol (5),were isloated from Piper longum L.The structures were determined by spectra data andcomparision with authentic samples.
