HPLC测定芝麻饼粕中芝麻素的含量 被引量:4

摘要 采用高效液相色谱法测定了芝麻饼粕中芝麻素(sesamin)的含量。色谱条件为ODS2(150mm×4·6mm,5μm);检测波长287nm;流速为1·0mL/min;柱温30℃;甲醇-水(68∶32)洗脱。同时建立了芝麻木脂素类化合物的测定方法。结果表明芝麻饼粕中芝麻素的含量为0·1073%。
