摘要
综合运用多体动力学、有限元结构强度和疲劳寿命预测等计算机仿真技术,预测了汽车车身在台架疲劳强度试验载荷作用下各点的应力分布,对车身高应力区域进行了疲劳寿命估计,为实际试验中应变片贴片的布置提供了指导。经试验验证,计算机仿真结果与试验结果吻合较好。该研究对车身台架疲劳强度试验方案提出了一些改进建议。
By applying technologies of multi-body dynamics, finite element analysis and fatigue life evaluation, the stress distribution of auto body under load is predicted by a bench test and?the;fatigue life in high stress regions is estimated. These provide a guidance for determining the locations of strain gauge for bench tests. The simulation results coincide well with the test ones. Some suggestions for further improving the test scheme are also given.
