摘要
目的探讨建立大鼠腹腔异位心脏移植及移植物血管病模型的方法和意义。方法将健康Witar大鼠和SD大鼠,建立腹腔异位心脏移植模型。分对照组、实验组和同系移植组,实验组腹腔注射CsA,对照组和同系移植组注射生理盐水。术后15、60d切取供心,观测移植物冠状血管的病理变化。结果大鼠腹腔异位心脏移植成功建立,手术成活率90%。实验组术后15d出现冠状血管内膜增厚,60d出现明显的移植物血管病理改变。结论建立Witar大鼠和SD大鼠腹腔异位心脏移植,可复制出移植物血管病病理变化,是一种理想的移植物血管病实验模型。
[Objective] To establish an experimental model of cardiac allograft vaset,lopathy(CAV) after heterotopic heart transplantation in rat. [Methods] Heterotopie heart transplantations were perfomed. Wistar rats and SD rats were divided into experimental group, control group and isograft group. Cyelosporine A (CsA)were injected into the abdominal cavity in the experimental group, while control group and isograft group had received normal saline. Allografts were collected at fifteen days and sixty days. Coronary arteries were evaluated with histological. [Result] The model of Heterotopic heart transplantation had set up, rate of success was 90%. In experimental group, coronary intimal thickening occurred at fifteen days and increased significantly at sixty days(P 〈0.05). [Conclusion] This model is useful for study of cardiac allograft vasculopathy.
