妇纳康联合用药治疗老年性阴道炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of funakang combined medicine treatment senil vaginitis

目的观察妇纳康联合用药对老年阴道炎的临床疗效。方法90例老年性阴道炎患者,随机分为三组,观察组30例(妇纳康联合涂有小剂量雌激素的甲硝唑栓组)、对照组1,30例(妇纳康组)、对照组2,30例(涂有小剂量雌激素的甲硝唑栓组),进行临床疗效观察。结果联合用药组的疗效明显优于单一用药组(P<0.01)。结论妇纳康联合涂有雌激素的甲硝唑栓阴道给药治疗老年性阴道炎,可增强疗效,缩短病程,减少复发。

[Objective] To observe the effective of Funakang combined medicine treating senile vaginitis. [Methods] Ninety senile vaginitis patients were divided into three groups randomly. Group Ⅰ （30 cases） was treated with Funakang and metronidazole suppository with small amount estrogen as therapeutic group, group Ⅱ （30cases） and group Ⅲ （30 cases） were treated with Metronidazole suppository with small amount estrogen and Funakang respectively, as control group, to observe clinical effect. [Results] It shown that the clinical effects of the combined medicine group was superior to the that of single agent （P〈0.01）. [Conclusions] It can enhance curative effect and decurtate course of treatment and decrease palindromia Funakang combined with metronidazole suppository with small amount estrogen to treat senile vaginitis by vagina.
