核素显像诊断消化道出血的临床评价(附62例临床分析)

Clinical evaluation of nuclide imaging for diagnosing gastrointestinal bleeding.

对62例疑为消化道出血病例采用核素消化道出血显像法检查。结果显示本法诊断消化道出血的阳性率为74%,定位诊断符合率为82%。其中对表现为血便或黑便的活动性出血患者的阳性率可达83%,而对仅表现为大便隐血试验阳性的患者阳性率仅为30%。本法对消化道出血,尤其是下消化道出血的诊断及定位诊断具有灵敏、准确、简便及无创伤性等优点。

We have studied the 62 patients diagnosed as gastrointestinal bleeding using radionuclide imaging. The results show that the positive rate is 74%, the accurate rate of niveau diagnosis is 82%. In this group, the positive rates are 83% and 30% in the patients with active bleeding and in the patients only with positive OB test, respectively. Thus, this method is sensitve, accurate, simple and non-invasive for diagnosis of gastrointestinal bleeding.
