通过调研,找出轴承产生缺陷的主要原因是轴承芯轴的快速磨损,认为应对轴承采取精工制作、细心维护、避免固体污染,并自觉周期性改变芯轴固定方位等措施,以最大限度延长轴承使用寿命,稳定胶辊使用质量。

A survey says that the main cause of the bearing defect lies in speedy abrasion of the bearing pivot. Some measures should be done such as precision manufacturing, careful maintenance, away from solid contamination, as well as regular change of the location of the bearing pivot, for the purpose of the max service life and stabilization of the cot service quality.
