摘要
人才生态环境直接影响对人才的培养发展和吸引。根据马斯洛的需要层次理论和勒温的心理力场理论,人才生态环境评价体系可分为基础层次、社交层次和最高层次。相应地,人才生态环境优化也可根据满足人才各层次需要的环境因素从6个方面来进行。
Talent ecological environment impacts the cultivation and development of talents directly, as well as attraction power of the area. Based on Maslow's hierarchy needs and Lewin's field theory, talent ecological environmental evaluation system includes three levels: basic level, social level and supreme level. Correspondingly, according to the environmental factors that meet every level's needs of talents,the optimization of talent ecological environment can carry on from six respects.
