The Research on the Problems of Developing Science and Technology Service Industry of Nanjing

根据我国现行科技管理体制和市场运行特征,以系统的思想和方法分析研究科技服务业的构成和作用;通过中外比较分析研究,发现南京科技服务业的制约因素与发展潜力,在此基础上提出“十一五”期间南京科技服务业发展的思路、任务与对策。

Based on the current S＆T management system and the market running characters,thls paper analyzes and studies the structure and function of S＆T service industry with system thought and method. By China and foreign countries＇ comparison,it finds the restricting factors and developing potential of S＆T service industry of Nanjing. Then it advances the idea, assignment and countermeasure of developing S＆T service industry of Nanjing during the eleventh five years＇ plan.
