The Side Effects of Two Methods of Injecting Oily Preparations

目的比较两种不同肌内注射方法用于注射油性制剂不良反应发生情况。方法将116例接受苯甲酸雌二醇深部肌内注射的患者按肌内注射方法的不同分为两组,常规组54例,采用常规肌内注射法;改良组62例,采用改良式Z型肌内注射法。观察两组药液渗漏及皮下硬结的发生情况。结果常规组和改良组药液渗漏发生率分别为42.6%、9.7%,两组间存在显著性差异(P<0.01);皮下硬结发生率,常规组和改良组各为22.2%、8.1%,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论采用改良式Z型肌内注射法注射油性制剂可减少药液渗漏和皮下硬结发生,有利于提高护理质量。

Objective To compare the side effects of two methods of injecting oily preparations. Methods One hundred and sixteen patients undergoing deep muscular injection of prescribed estradiol benoate were randomized into two groups： 54 in the routine group for routine intramascular injection and 62 in the observational group for developed Z-type intravascular injection method. The leakage of drugs and subcutaneous nodule in the two groups were observed and compared. Results The rates of leakage of the routine group and observational group were 42.6% and 9.7%, respectively, with significant difference statistically （P〈0.01）. The rates of incidence of subcutaneous nodules of the two groups were 22.2% and 8.1%, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Z-type intramuscular injection can decrease leakage of drugs and subcutaneous nodules, good for the improvement of nursing quality.
