摘要
目的加强供应室无菌物品标识管理。方法应用消毒供应室物品标签打印软件打印物品标签。结果供应室物品标签标识信息完整、规范、清晰、易辩认,供应室劳动效率大大提高:由150个/(小时.人)提高到1500个/(小时.人)。结论应用该软件能降低劳动强度,提高工作效率,为供应室物品规范化管理奠定了基础,但要实现对物品包生产及其物流过程信息化管理,使供应物品质量不断改善,降低库存,减少过期失效、损耗与物件丢失还要功能更强的网络化信息管理系统。
Objective To strengthen the management of the supply room. Methods A software was designed to print the labels of articles in the supply room. Results The printed labels demonstrated standard and complete information concerning the articles, which promoted the labor efficacy. The supply speed was raised from 150 articles per hour to 1 500 articles per hour. Conclusion The printing software lowers the labor intensity and raises the labor efficiency, which provides a concrete ground for the standardized management of articles in the supply room. On the other hand, it is a need to perfect network-based information management system in case of improvement of quality of supplied articles and lowering of articles stock to avoid loss of efficacy.
