人性化护理在老年患者实施过程中存在的问题及对策

Existing Problems of Humane Nursing of Senile Patients and their Countermeasures

笔者报道老年患者人性化护理存在问题:不向老年患者问候;护理操作缺少人性化护理;健康教育工作不细致;解释工作不到位。采取相应对策:增强服务意识,语言、行为热情、周到;制定人性化护理的服务流程,体现人性化护理的服务理念;实施人性化的健康教育,开展“感受衰老”活动;创建人性化护理的服务环境;开展服务品牌科室及爱心天使评比活动;实施人性化管理,制定质量考评指标。人性化护理提高患者对责任护士的工作满意度,护士对患者的指导、健康教育满意度,护士尊重患者的隐私满意度,进行各项操作时,给予屏风遮挡满意度;提高护理人员综合素质以及医院的美誉度、医院的服务档次。

The author reported existing problems of humane nursing of senile patients： improper greetings and addresses, inadequate humane nursing during nursing process, careless health education and poor explanation. The countermeasures were： increasing consciousness of serving, warm words and deeds, making out humane nursing process in order to realize the concept of ＂humane nursing＂, performing humane health education, having the activity of ＂feeling old＂, creating humane nursing environment, having service competitions among departments and selecting ＂Care Angel＂, performing humane management and ascertaining the criterion of estimation. The author believed that improve humane nursing could improve duty nurses＇ satisfactory rate and patients＇ comfort rate toward nursing guidance and health education and patients＇ satisfactory toward protecting privacy and using screen. This improves comprehensive quality of nursing personnel, hospital holistic nursing, reputation of hospital and service level of hospital.
