高强度聚焦超声波治疗老年前列腺癌患者的护理

Caring the Old Patients with Prostate Cancer Treated by High Intensity Focused Ultrasound

笔者报道高强度聚焦超声波治疗老年前列腺癌患者的护理,术前做好充分准备工作及患者心理护理,安置好患者体位,术中密切配合医生操作,严密观察患者神志、面色、生命体征,术后加强直肠及肛门护理、留置导尿管护理,预防尿路感染,做好发热护理及肠道穿孔观察护理。采取相应护理措施,可进一步减少术中危险及术后并发症的发生,缓解各种不适,提高治疗效果。

The paper reported the experience in caring the old patients with prostate cancer treated by high intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU）. The nursing measures were concluded to be preoperative full preparation and mental care, care of patient＇s postures, close operation with doctor＇s performance, close observation of patient＇s minds, facial expression, vital signs as well as postoperative intensified care of rectum and anus, care of indwelled catheter, prevention of urinary infection, care of fever and intestinal perforation. All the measures help reduce the risks of operations, lower the rate of complications, relieve malaises and enhance the curative effect.
