摘要
目的探索培养护生记忆品质,提高《护理学基础》教学效果的方法。方法随机抽取2002级高职护理1班为实验班,护理2班作为对照班,第3学期均采用传统方法授课,第4学期实验班采用培养学生记忆品质的教学方法,对照班仍采用传统方法授课。结果两组护生第3学期考试成绩差异无统计学意义,第4学期考试成绩:实验班成绩(80.45±8.89)分,对照班成绩为(75.93±12.29)分,t=2.140,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,实验班考试成绩明显高于对照班;护生对本课程教学效果评价经2χ检验,Zc=3.239,P<0.001,差异有统计学意义。实验班护生对采用培养记忆品质的教学方法的评价明显高于对照班。结论护生记忆品质是可以培养的,培养护生记忆品质,可以提高教学效果。
Objective To explore the methods for cultivating memorization quality of nursing students at the teaching of Basic Nursing. Methods Class One at Grade 2002 was randomized as experimental class and Class Two as control. At the third semester, the course of Basic Nursing was taught with traditional method in both classes and at the forth, the experimental class was taught with a method for cultivating the student's memorization quality but the control still with the traditional way. Results There was not difference statistically at the third semester, while at the forth, the scores of the two class were 80.45±8.89 and 75.93±12.29, with signifi- cant difference (t=2.140, P〈0.05). The evaluations of the nursing students over the teaching of the course showed significant difference by X^2 test (Zc=3.239, P〈0.001). The evaluation of the students of Class One over the course was significantly better than that of Class Two. Conclusion The memorization quality is able to be trained. Cultivation of their memorization quality can increase the teaching effect.
