风险管理在病房管理中的应用

The Application of Risk Management in Ward Management

目的探讨风险管理在提高病房护理质量中的作用。方法建立风险管理的组织架构,对本科室工作中高风险的护理行为实行告知制度和采取防范措施。将管理前后发生护理风险的次数进行皮尔逊卡方检验。结果风险管理前后直接护理风险与非直接护理风险比较经皮尔逊卡方检验,有显著性差异,P<0.05;病人满意度由原来的93.2%上升到97.6%。结论风险管理的实施,使护士的法制观念和风险意识不断增强,护理行为逐步规范,降低了护理差错的发生和避免了投诉,使护理质量得到提高,而且体现了“人性化的管理”。

Objective To explore the role of risk management in improving ward nursing quality. Methods The authors established the frameworks of risk management, performed informing system and took preventive measures. The times of occurrence of nursing risk before and after risk management were checked by Chi-square. Results There, was significant differences in direct risk and indirect risk before and after risk management（P〈0.05）. The satisfactory rate of patients rose from 93.2% to 97.6%. Conclusions The performance of risk management strengthens concept of legality and risk consciousness, standardizes the nursing activity, reduces the errors of nursing, avoids complaints, improves the nursing quality and realizes ＂humane management＂.
