摘要
本文研究了利用模拟过氧化物酶(Mn-TPPS_4)测定葡萄糖的反应条件,并采用流动注射的办法对血清中葡萄糖的含量进行了测定,结果令人满意。此方法快速,简便,测定葡萄糖的检测限为2.7×10^(-9)mol/l。
Optimal conditions for the determination of glucose by using mimetic peroxidase (Mn-TPPS4) has been investigated. The contents of glucose in human serum were determined with flow injection analysis method. The results were satisfactory. 2.7×10-9 mol/l glucose could be detected.
