After Athens Republic, Roman Republic is one of the earliest democratic Republic countries in the world. During the revival of Roman law and the bourgeois revolution, most rising capitalist countries in Europe use the constitutionalism mode and constitutional spirit of Roman Republic as a reference to form their own state organs in succession. Roman law also became the mother＇s body of constitutionalism in the modern world.
